1. 2 cups of quinoa

2. 1 1/2 liters of water

3. 1/2 of meat broth

4. 1 beef bouillon cube

5. 1 cup of peas

6. 4 potatoes

7. 4 tablespoons of fresh parsley

Preparation:

First, add a liter of water to a large pot, add the meat broth and bring to a boil.

Once it is boiling, add the quinoa, the pieces of meat, peas and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes until the quinoa is soft and the potatoes are ready.

To finish, serve and add a handful of chopped parsley.
