Ingredients:

1. Ground beef (500 gr)

2. Homemade tomato sauce

3. Sliced ​​bread (2 slices)

4. Milk (125ml)

5. Egg (1)

6. Chopped onion (150 gr)

7. Minced garlic (4 gr)

8. Ground herbs (thyme, oregano) (½ tsp)

9. Margarine (50 g)

10. Unprepared flour (36 gr)

11. Breadcrumbs (5 tbsp)

12. Chopped parsley to taste

13. Salt and pepper to taste

14. Oil

Preparation:

1. Mix the meat with the bread, egg, onion, garlic, herbs and half of the margarine, half of the ground bread, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Remember to previously soak it in milk and squeeze it.
