- 6 ounces of pure pisco
- 2 ounces of simple syrup
- 8 ounces of evaporated milk
- 3 ounces carob syrup
- several ice cubes
- 2 egg yolks
- Cinnamon powder
1. Add the measures of the pisco, the algarrobina syrup and the evaporated milk to the blender. Blend.
2. After 15 seconds, add the two egg yolks, the simple syrup and the ice cubes. Continue blending until the texture is liquid.
