Sometimes thinking about what we will cook every day is not very heavy, especially when we run out of ideas. A delicious, simple and nutritious option is the gardener’s rice with fish. In this note we share the recipe, you will see that the results are incredible.
1. 2 1/4 cups long rice
2. 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3. 1 red onion, diced
4. 2 minced garlic clove
5. 1 tablespoon toothpick
6. 1 tablet of MAGGI Cubo Gallina seasoning
7. 3 cups of water
8. 2 units of carrots cut into squares
9. 2 units of shelled corn
10. 1/2 cup of peas
11. 1/2 cup diced green beans
12. 1 pepper cut into squares
13. 6 medium fish fillets
14. 1 pinch of pepper
15. 1 pinch of table salt
First, season the fish with salt and pepper. Then cook it in the pan with hot oil. When finished, seal the fish.
In a small saucepan, heat the oil and begin to brown the onion, crushed garlic, toothpick and add the MAGGI Cubo Gallina seasoning tablet. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the water and corn. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Then add the previously washed rice and the remaining vegetables. Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes. Lower the heat and cook for 10 more minutes.
Finish by serving the rice accompanied by the sealed fish fillets.
