Prepare milanesa with ground beef to welcome autumn

The week began, not only did autumn begin, but many schoolchildren returned to the classroom after two years confined. So, to pamper not only them, but also the whole family, we share a delicious recipe that you can prepare for any lunch.

We refer to: “Milanese ground beef”Normally, milanesas are chicken or steak, they can be breaded or not, depending on your preference. In this note we tell you how to prepare them, remember that the accompaniment is also under choice, such as rice a la jardinera, or with vegetable stew, or also a fresh or cooked salad.

Ingredients (for 10 people)

  • 1 ½ of ground meat (suggestion ask for meat in cuts)
  • 1 tablespoon ground pepper
  • 3 cups of dry breadcrumbs and sifted

Preparation

Put the ground beef in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, mix and rub like a dough.

Form 10 balls and flatten each one with the palms of your hands until you have a thin and large sheet, brush it with the mixed eggs white and yolk, then cover with the ground bread and flatten with your hands, do the same operation for both sides and repeat this operation 2 times, always flattening with your hands or gently rolling over them, do the same with the rest of the meat balls, finally form some stripes on the surface with a knife.

Fry in hot oil until they are a nice golden color. Serve with mashed potatoes or your choice of salad and 1 lemon wedge
