Piteado tea is a drink that is consumed in several high-altitude communities, and it is also perfect against colds and intense cold.
When we taste hot tea, our body definitely feels warmer, but when it comes to piteado tea, that is, with a splash of alcohol, the effect is greater, and of course a perfect solution to say goodbye to the intense cold of Lima. For this reason, in Magacín we teach you how to prepare it.
1. 1 bag of pure tea filter
2. 1 ounce of honey
3. 1 ounce of pisco or cañazo
4. 1/2 ounce lemon juice
5. 3 slices of ginger
6. boiling water.
In a glass or cup, add all the ingredients: filter tea, honey, pisco or cañazo, lemon juice, ginger, complete with boiling water. Let it rest for a while.
Remove the filter tea, and stir well until all the ingredients are mixed.
Finish serving the pitted tea and enjoy.
